Jerrad Hardin
Jerrad Hardin is the lead instructor at The Next Level. He specializes in hitting for baseball and softball, defensive instruction, catching instruction, and fastpitch pitching instruction.
Personally trained by former Major Leaguer and president of Rightview Pro Technologies, Don Slaught, Jerrad had become one of the most sought after teachers of hitting in the country. His understanding of swing mechanics, his ability to pinpoint swing flaws, his skill at communicating how to fix the swing, and his technical expertise in using Rightview Pro, has allowed him to travel the country to work with top programs such as The University of Alabama.
Jerrad enjoyed a standout prep career as a catcher and centerfielder where he set numerous offensive records. After high school he spent two years with professional baseball before deciding to attend the University of Nebraska at Kearney where he was involved with the basketball program and earned a degree in education. Following college, he began his prep coaching career where he took his teams to five straight state tournament appearances finishing twice as state champions and once as a runner-up. Additionally, Coach Hardin was named as the NCA Coach of the Year. His winning percentage as a high school coach still ranks as one of the top percentages in the history of Nebraska Softball. He has also written a best-selling book on coaching sofball available wherever books are sold. Today, he continues sharing his knowledge through his camp work, college in-services, and private lessons.

Renae Sinkler
Renae Sinkler is the top softball instructor at The Next Level. She specializes in hitting for softball, defensive instruction, and fastpitch pitching instruction.
Personally trained by Jerrad Hardin, Renae has the ability to utilize Rightview Pro technology in her lessons, and understand how to identify and fix common swing problems. She also does an oustanding job of developing young pitchers. And, having played multiple positions at a high level, she is ver adept at understanding the proper techniques of fielding and throwing from anywhere on the field.
Few people have experienced the high level of success Renae has had on a softball field. A two-time Missouri Valley Conference Offensive Player of the Year , Creighton's all-time leader in homeruns and offensive production, Renae knows how to hit. Additionally, Renae was honored as the first ever Female Athlete of the Year for Creighton University.
Renae is available for lessons Monday/Wednesday and Saturday/Sunday.
Justin Toole
Justin Toole is the top baseball instructor at The Next Level. He specializes in hitting for baseball and softball, defensive instruction, and baseball pitching instruction.
Personally trained by Jerrad Hardin, Justin has the capability to utilize Rightview Pro technology in his lessons. A son to one of the winningest coaches in Iowa High School Baseball, Justin is a natural when it comes to sharing his knowledge. He is very passionate and eager to help his students excel.
Justin.had an outstanding prep and college career in baseball. The 4A Pitcher of the Year in high school, Justin went on to be one the Big 10's top hitters in his time at the University of Iowa. After college, Justin began his proffessional career with the Cleveland Indians organization where her currently plays during the summer months. Last summer Justin was named to the All-Star team and was one of the top hitters in Carolina League.
Justin is available for lessons Monday - Thursday and on Sundays.
